  • Why is the third date so important?

    Posted on August 30, 2013

Well, of course there is the “Third Date Rule” which is hotly debated but I am not here to lecture you or anyone else on when having sex with someone is appropriate or not. What I’m discussing is, what agreeing to a third date entails. Think about it this way? How many first dates have you […]

baltimorerockoperasociety: The truth hurts. Because I have some involvement with the debacle that is The Grand Prix (sorry!) I don’t have time to make a proper post but this is accurate (to balance it out, I also have some involvement with Scapescape ;D) So, TL;DR: Just go to Scapescape, get dinner at Lost City Dinner, […]

  • An Update On Dishcrawl

    Posted on August 28, 2013

So we received an updated on my Dishcrawl post from the Baltimore Ambassador: Before you go bashing Dishcrawl, you should try it! It’s a ton of fun! Ever have those restaurants you’ve passed millions of times and always tell yourself “one of these days…” Well, now is your time to try it out! OR maybe […]

  • Unrelated to the whole dating thing, are there any Baltimoronic events that you have enjoyed going to? Now that I’ve moved a lot closer to downtown, I kinda want to actually get out and do things.

My favorite activities in Baltimore happen in every other city but I love Baltimore more for it’s places & people rather than it’s events. I love trivia, karaoke, restaurant week, open mic comedy nights, farmers markets, food truck gatherings, and the concept of bike party (I don’t bike). Also, the neighborhoods. I can spend an entire day […]

STICKY RICE & LANDMARK THEATRE (CINEMA & SUSHI) Bring A Date?I’m not one for the traditional dinner date, as I find them a little dull, but what a perfect little pre-planned date. I must say I am biased towards Sticky Rice though, it’s one of my favorite bars in the city. Not much to say […]

BWI OBSERVATION DECK & BIKE TRAIL Bring A Date?Don’t bother with airport parking when you can take the light rail out of the city, or if you’re feeling ambitious, you can bike from the city to the airport which will take about an 75 minutes. If you’re not quite up to that, there’s details on […]

  • I just moved to Baltimore a few months ago and have been looking for places that do comedy open mic’s but haven’t had any luck. You seem like a person who could know of some. Any help would be appreciated!

    Posted on August 13, 2013

Absolutely! It’s one of my favorite activities in the city! Midtown BBQ (Mugshots) in Mount Vernon has Open Mic Night the second Wednesday of the Month including tomorrow. Sidebar Tavern downtown does it every few Mondays. Magooby’s in Timonium has amateur competitions on select Thursdays. Pratt Street Ale House has open mic the Third Thursday […]

  • This isn’t so much a question as a compliment since you don’t have messages enabled. I love your blog already, it’s given me lots of summer ideas. Thank you!

    Posted on August 11, 2013

Hey! Thanks for reading & I’m glad you’re enjoying it. Please submit stories on anything you do that I’ve posted (or haven’t)! I’m always looking for new ideas and would love to share other’s experiences. This is a reminder to everyone else, as well!

THE BALTIMORE RECORD STORE DATE Bring A Date? Pick a neighborhood, unless you know something I don’t, I suggest either Fell’s Point or Hampden as they have the highest number of stores to check out. Your best bet is Saturday early afternoon as some stores have a tendency to be closed whenever they want. Start […]
