If you like her, ask her out. Personally, I get bored texting a guy back & forth with no set plans to meet up. There’s a chance she’s been waiting for you to get the nerve to do so. Don’t put so much pressure on it. Find something you want to do & invite her along. It’s better than continuing this ambiguity indefinitely.
If you’re nervous, just mention something like a new movie you want to see or a new event you want to go to & see if she takes the bait. You’ll probably never “know” for sure if she likes you but if she continues to talk with you on a regular basis, she’s probably at least a little interested.
