THE SENATOR THEATER RE-OPENING ON 10/10

So the historic Senator Theater is re-opening after a year long renovation period. The theater has been opened since 1939. The opening night event is (the original) Hairspray. Unfortunately, that’s all sold out.

But, it will function as a regular movie theater from the 11th on. If you need to get your John Waters fix, you can catch the documentary I Am Divine. Apparently, a restaurant and cafe will also be put into the theater shortly.

It’s a normal movie date so I don’t have much to add to the narrative but it’s only $11.50 & I do hope there are some cool events that happen at this awesome venue.
